Not sure about spelling but I forgot my cane and walker was in vehicle being serviced. Kim or Kem greeted me at front door and I asked for help walking. He escorted me to Service dept, then retrieved my walker from my car. Such a gentleman.

Had a great experience at at kia in alliance. Had Caleb as my sales guy. He did a great job getting the selto , I wanted,plus a few up grades. Kam made me feel comfortable.
