Hi Lynn, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We completely understand your frustration with this situation. Unfortunately, Kia Motor Finance (KMF) has specific policies in place that require only the lessee or a Kia dealership to pay off any leased vehicle, which is a common practice with many leasing companies today. The offer you received from Carvana would only be valid if you had bought out your leased vehicle, paid the sales tax, and then sold it to them. As this agreement is between you and KMF, the dealership doesn't have the ability to intervene in this process. That said, we want to ensure you're not responsible for any further payments or fees, which is why we agreed to pay off the current balance of your lease. We hope this helps clarify the situation, and we're here to assist you further if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you again for your understanding.

Of Course I do no owe any balance as the pay off was $2000 less than the value of the car. It was not Kia Finance who told me that you would pay 2000 above KBB which would put me at $3000 above what was owed. That was a Ken Ganly Kia employee. So being proud of yourself for paying off my lease is pretty flimsy and pathetic. No matter how you try to tout yourself as being a good business we all know you ripped me off. Not being able to sell my lease to someone else was done AFTER I got my lease. I dont care how you try to justify your actions When I sign papers at a Kia dealership and make all the payments to Kia and only after I sign the papers the "rules on selling" change. It was KIA who ripped off a sick senior woman, Kia who made promises they did not keep, and KIA who I will never go to again
