I am so thankful to have a dealership in Alliance, especially KIA, with a friendly, professional and supportive team. Steve and “the other Steve” were both very patient with my indecisiveness and ques especially KIA, with a friendly, professional and supportive team. Before going in, I had driven around the lot 3 times after hours because I was nervous about going into a dealership. However, worrying was a waste of time. Jim Reed is a 6 Star salesman, very knowlegable and if he did not know a question he would find out. Not sure about spelling but I forgot my cane and walker was in vehicle being serviced. Kim or Kem greeted me at front door and I asked for help walking. He escorted me to Service dept, then retrieved my walker from my car. Such a gentleman.
