It took 1hr&15 min for a simple oil change &lube . / very uncomfortable lounge seating (to low ,hard to get up. . I’ve been a Mitsubishi car owner for over 25 years, started with Mentor Mitsubishi, went to Mentor Kia and now Ken Ganley (first time) I was greeted when I pulled in and told them the reason I was the started with Mentor Mitsubishi, went to Mentor Kia and now Ken Ganley (first time) I was greeted when I pulled in and told them the reason I was there. I went to the waiting room for coffee and TV viewing. I did visit with employees I knew as they saw me sitting there. Experience was very good, but that sagging couch needs to be replaced. More

Said they did a “major tuneup” but they didn’t do xxxx. Said they put in 6 new spark plugs and they look as old as they did before it was taken in.
