New Car purchase Most of our time at KIA of Mentor we spent working with Dennis Liniman on the purchase of our new KIA Sportage. We were not very happy that our new c Most of our time at KIA of Mentor we spent working with Dennis Liniman on the purchase of our new KIA Sportage. We were not very happy that our new car did not come with a spare tire. A couple of the employees explained to us that many car manufactures are not including a spare tire in new cars. We purchased the kit and had the service department put the rubber on the rim and then loaded it into our car. Other than the lack of a spare tire we are very happy with our 2019 KIA Sportage. Excellent experience I just leased a new Kia Soul. The salesperson Dee Shirkey was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all the features and options and I found just I just leased a new Kia Soul. The salesperson Dee Shirkey was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all the features and options and I found just the car I wanted. I hate to car shop but I did hit several Kia and Honda dealers and Mentor Kia was the best. They were attentive and followed up with me with out being obnoxious by calling me every five minutes to entice me to buy. I believe I got a good fair deal and they only contacted me during my search to answer my questions and supply requested documentation of features. I would definitely recommend Mentor Kia. More
