I had a 11:15 service appointment today. Arrived at 8:30 to drop off vehicle. The Bay Area had 4 cars in line. The door was closed and there were 3 cars in front of me. I sat in my vehicle u Arrived at 8:30 to drop off vehicle. The Bay Area had 4 cars in line. The door was closed and there were 3 cars in front of me. I sat in my vehicle until a service person made room in the bay area and pulled in the 3 vehicles in front of me. I pulled up to the door and was asked to leave to make room for the 4 vehicles behind me that he said were ahead of me. Once they take care of my recalled part for my 2018 Kia Sorento I will never go back to Ken Ganley Mentor Kia again. THAT WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE!!! More
