I looked into some of the things that you were less than satisfied with and in our defense we gave you options and they were by your choice. The current market does not lend itself to the way we were able to do business years ago. The current economy, rates and inventory do not allow dealers to give the type of discounts that they could before. I believe that your salesman provided you with all your options, he followed up when he said he would. This has all been verified in our system whether it's a call or a text.
