Lousy customer service. Had my car for repairs under warranty and did not contact me with any updates in the two weeks! And one time either ordered wrong part or received wrong part and did not contact me with the delay my sales person said they do not call with updates because they are short staffed Lousy excuse. I mentioned they no longer wash the car She said wash only for customer service; wasn’t that me ???!!! Ganley can get that bleached blonde on their commercial a new outfit each week with a new commercial but can’t give a call to their customers Take her pay and get another employee in their dealership. Next time I look for another car will be looking elsewhere to see what is available. Received better service before Ganley took it over. More

Waited too long, communication poor, staff polite. Oil change and theft device 3 hours wait time. Zach was very nice, I didn’t know I was going to be emailed while waiting in the waiting room.
