The service department is horrible. My car has been sitting there since May 6th for an engine replacement. And for 3 weeks prior to that. I have been told and lied to numerous times b My car has been sitting there since May 6th for an engine replacement. And for 3 weeks prior to that. I have been told and lied to numerous times by the service department. Originally it was stated the car would be done in mid June. Then another time end of June. The last statement by Nate Ferris was car was scheduled for repair on July 24th. which never happened. As of July 17th we now were told scheduled for service will be completed by next week. Enough of the waiting and lie after lie. As of now the Attorney General and corporate have been involved. More
The Michael Lindbergh that assisted me in the service department was great. A ⚠️ warning had appeared while driving he informed me was a burnt out light got us in for service quickly same day along with department was great.
