I recently moved from Tucson, Az to the Cleveland, Ohionarea and ran into car troubles with my 2019 Kia Forte. Co workers at UH Lake West suggested Ken Ganley Kia. I was expecting the worse since the engine light was on, sporadically cutting off and idling rough. The service department, specifically Mick was very professional, through and quick to detect the problem..The cost as much less than i thought and I was giving a rundown of what I need to get worked on in the near future. So Proud of them. Definitely my spot for all my auto repairs andto recommend service. More

Took my new Carnival in for its first oil change. Was told to give them 90 minutes, and they were finished in just about a hour. And they washed my MPV! Was told to give them 90 minutes, and they were finished in just about a hour. And they washed my MPV! More

Kyle Eddy is amazing, he took the time to make sure my problem was taking care of. My car had an on going problem but Kyle never gave up until the issue was resolved.
