Worked out a great deal with Bobby on a new 2019 Altima SR 2.0 Very disappointed in the condition it was delivered. Was not properly detailed. Brought it back to be detailed again and it was essentially SR 2.0 Very disappointed in the condition it was delivered. Was not properly detailed. Brought it back to be detailed again and it was essentially the same as first time I picked it up. After blowing up over it to Bobby, Frank, and Mike in service, I went to lunch and returned to a properly detailed vehicle. Love the car, but a new care should be delivered in show room condition the first time, not the 3rd. More
