Korey was very helpful. The last time i had my car in for an oil change / tire rotation the service person disregarded my request to check my tire that constantly lost air. The last time i had my car in for an oil change / tire rotation the service person disregarded my request to check my tire that constantly lost air. He told me it was normal to lose air, and interrupted me when I tried to tell him it wasn't normal. I had so much frustration with my tire over the last 6 months, constantly needing air. When i took my car to Korey last week, he listened to me. Told me he would check the tire and call me with his findings. He called me within the hour, said they found a nail, and would be able to patch it. I was driving with the nail for 6 months and have 3 kids. The amount of stress Korey saved me is immense.
