This was waste of time and money. Forked out money for nothing. I was told it would be 30-45 minutes for inspection. Even told the guy I had E-check papers because the check engine light was off. It took them about 3 hours. Said it was fine. Went to E-check, failed inspection. Came back, they refused to give me a discount. I ended up having to go to someone else to get my car fixed. I won in the long run though, because I would have paid probably triple at the dealer. Deff will not be going back to Nissan dealership again. Oh, and I passed the E-check after the 2nd auto shop. They say they have all these commodities, but they don't. No free snack, can't change the channel on the TV or turn it up, have to ask for coloring books (only 2 different colored crayons tho). Definitely my worst experience I've ever Had with car repair/inspection. More
