Drove 2 hrs My kids and I drove 2 hrs to look at a car and definitely planned on buying it. I let Ezra know when we left the Toledo area so the car would be ready when we got to Ganley. The car was no ready allegedly due to the staff who were making it presentable. We waited over an hour to view the car, by then it was dark. Whoever "detailed" the car did a horrible job. It may have been washed but the interior was not cleaned up. When we were leaving there were numerous employees, not sales people but employees that were supporting. They were complaining on how they had to prepare too many cars for people and were tired. They were also smoking right outside the bays. Isn't that their jobs? I'd prefer not to have someone who's detailing my new vehicle to be smoking around it. I'm pleased with the car, but not at all with the service. More

I am a first time Subaru owner and the knowledge and passion he has for their products are amazing. Mike doesn't pressure you into buying something you don't want, he is incredibly honest and will work with your interests/budget. Unfortunately, not all sales personnel do that and are way too aggressive or don't care about your business if you're not buying the top of the line trim model. I promise that you won't have that with Mike, he is the best. I went to so many dealerships searching for a new car and I never felt as comfortable as I did at Ganley. Mike makes the buying process easy! Just bought our 3rd Subaru from Mike. He makes the whole process extremely easy, and we got a great deal. He is also very knowledgeable on all things Subaru, including being able to tell me the differences between the controls on my 10 year old Subaru and the new one.
