Unfortunately, my experience with buying a car at Ganley Subaru was not good. I bought 2021 Subaru Forester on Saturday, November 13. I did not use financing, and told the sales person that my check needs t Subaru was not good. I bought 2021 Subaru Forester on Saturday, November 13. I did not use financing, and told the sales person that my check needs to be sent to the bank 3 days later because I was transferring money from my saving account in one bank to my checking account in another bank. It normally takes up to 3 days to transfer. I was assured that my check would be sent to the bank on the agreed date. However, it was sent to the bank right away, and my account got overdrawn. All Ganley Subaru offered to me was to reimburse the fees my bank charged to my account. I never had any late payments or overdrafts in my whole life in any account, I always maintain a healthy balance in all my accounts. Now because of the company mistake or negligence, I got wrinkles in my spotless credit profile. More

Couldn't have had a more positive experience with the staff, both our salesman and our finance manager were wonderful. We had to bring our two small children with us and they could not have been more won staff, both our salesman and our finance manager were wonderful. Our only complaint was that the car was listed online for $4,000 cheaper than the price due to a 'covid premium' that was added. We felt a like it was a bit of a 'bait and switch' technique. Overall new cars are very hard to come by so we dealt with it, but it soured our otherwise perfect experience. It would be nice if the price listed online was 100% accurate. More
