This is my second Subaru from Ganley. Both times Brad Lunar assisted me. Brad takes the time to make the experience of purchasing a car less stressful. Made an appt. to get my 2018 Forester detailed with a special request to have rail dust stains removed from the paint, for which I offered to pay extra. I also spoke with the tech to mention this when I special request to have rail dust stains removed from the paint, for which I offered to pay extra. I also spoke with the tech to mention this when I dropped off the vehicle. When I picked up the car, the rail dust stains were not removed. I contacted Craig the next day and he asked me to bring the car back so they could make it right. Phil was the tech to work on my car the second time and he did a fabulous job. Wishing it would've been done right the first time, but many thanks to Craig and Phil for making it right!! More

I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Ganley Subaru East. When I pulled into the lot at Ganley and getting out of my car an I was greeted by an associate who asked me if I needed help I told him Subaru East. When I pulled into the lot at Ganley and getting out of my car an I was greeted by an associate who asked me if I needed help I told him that I had an appointment with Brad Lunar. I proceeded to the parking lot when I saw my name on my new car that Brad had reserved for me. After a few minutes Brad came outside with his brother Brian showed me my new Forester Premium.From that point to the time that I left I received world class treatment. I knew that I was in the right place. We then went inside and started the paper work witch didn't take much time at all. Everything was explained to me about what I was signing and what each paper was for. All my questions were answered. This process went quick. While the paper work was being processed Brad showed me the interior controls and every thing that I needed to know about my Forester Premium. Brad took his time and made sure that all my questions were answered . After the paperwork was done and approved before I left Brad and Brian showed me the state of the art service department. Everything was so clean, I will definitely be back for all my service. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received everyone friendly and professional. More
