Having heard about you from our daughter, Bethany Tackett, about the service and help she received, we came to the dealership to 'test drive' a used vehicle, That Friday evening, Brad Lunar took us for a test drive and then patiently answered all our questions and helped us see that lease payments on a brand new vehicle were also a possible good option to consider. Brad quickly moved the deal along and then stayed after everyone was gone to make sure we got an overview 'tour' of our new Forester. This was extra helpful as all the safety measures made the learning curve a little steeper than I had imagined! I have had my new Subaru for a month now and we've had some typical "lake effect" incidents during that time. I am very happy with the way this Forester handles and enjoy the 'hands free' features for my cell phone. There was a slight problem initially getting the steering wheel audio controls to work, but that was remedied the following week by the friendly service department. Thanks to everyone at Ganley for working with us to make this possible, but special thanks to Brad as he has called to check in a couple of times during the month to make sure that all is well. I will definitely recommend the dealership (and Brad Lunar) to my friends! More

I had a little glitch in the sales managers office I was a little bit frustrated with the finance department and their lack of communication with each other with respect to how my car deal was being pr I was a little bit frustrated with the finance department and their lack of communication with each other with respect to how my car deal was being processed, that being said: I was ready to walk out and take my business elsewhere. If not for the excellent treatment I received from my salesman I would have walked out of the dealership. I did however end up getting past the miss management of my purchase and bought the car. I must say I never expected to have a followup call from the dealership manager who was very apologetic for the miss communication in the way my car purchase has handled by the finance department managers. I was very impressed with the managers concern for the way I was treated and I willingly excepted his heartfelt apology and look forward to future dealings with the dealership. More

Although we were there for six hours, Ashley made sure I was okay and continued to ask if I needed anything while waiting. Great customer service and personable interactions! I was very concerned about costs accumulating but Jim in finance answered ALL of my questions (even the uncomfortable ones). Because of this I feel very comfortable with my purchase and future payments. There were no aggressive sales pitches. Instead, it was (seemingly) genuine interactions.
