Amazing!!! I have been shopping around for a safer vehicle for my children and I for some time now. I'm really happy my "husband" referred me to Brad. A 2011 Chevy equinox to be exact. Brad, was very explanatory. He went over many, many options and it was better for me to be in a newer vehicle. Dealership helped me overcome lack of desired car color Everything went well in my purchase of the Subaru Premium I wanted until my salesman tried to find one in the desired color. I really wanted a horizon Everything went well in my purchase of the Subaru Premium I wanted until my salesman tried to find one in the desired color. I really wanted a horizon blue one, but there was none on the lot. I finally agreed to take a jasper green one that would be at another dealer's in 12 days. When that day came, the car didn't, reportedly because of flooding in the Midwest. No one knew when that car might be shipped. I said I'd accept my third choice, ice silver metallic, but there were none of those available either. Finally, my salesman, James Callender, and the sales manager (Mike, didn't catch the last name) were able to find a silver one in Boardman. I was able to pick it up the next day and am delighted by it, even though I would have preferred another color. I was impressed with the efforts of the sales department to satisfy me. But I think Subaru needs to make more cars in colors other than black, white and dark gray. Chris Larick More
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE My wife and I were looking for a new car and just started test driving different ones and thought we’d give Subaru’s a try. We tried the Forester and My wife and I were looking for a new car and just started test driving different ones and thought we’d give Subaru’s a try. We tried the Forester and it was ok but saw the Ascent but thought it was out of our price range but of course we test drove it anyways and loved it. We were dealing with Paul in sales and Mike one of the sales managers. We have so so credit which of course put us in a higher interest bracket making our payment too high for the Ascent. So we walked away not sure what direction to go because we found what we wanted but couldn’t afford. Which is typical for us when looking at cars. Fortunately Paul our salesman, didn’t give up and he and Mike the sales manager pretty much bent over backwards to work a deal we could afford. I highly recommend giving these guys a chance if you’re looking for a Subaru or a used car they have and actually I would highly recommend Ganley period. Between us and our kids this is our 4th vehicle from a Ganley dealership in 3 years. Here’s one more thing, I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anything but I was more than glad to for these guys. More

We had done our research on mid to large size SUV's, and concluded that Subaru was one o We just purchased a new 2019 Ascent Limited from Brad Lunar. We had done our research on mid to large size SUV's, and concluded that Subaru was one of the best designed, safest cars on the road, and coincidentally, also offers the best value. We were immediately greeted at the door when we entered the show room. Brad introduced himself and offered to assist us without being overbearing. We explained what we were looking for. Brad showed us both the Forester and Ascent, delineating the differences between the two models. The dealership had plenty of inventory immediately available. We test drove both cars and reached our decision. Brad pointed out all the features and available options on each car. He was extremely knowledgeable and articulate when discussing both models. Clearly he has a passion for his job. When we discussed our trade-in, Brad was a strong advocate for us, and was able to get us a good price. He hustled to have the car ready for delivery the next day, and then sat in the car with us and went over all the relevant features and functions of the new vehicle. I would most definitely buy our next car from Brad. More
