Key not opening doors consistently Obviously they do not stock blank keys. Outstanding dealership truely focused on customer service Ganley East went above and beyond to find me the exact car I couldn't find at any other dealer. I was looking for a white WRX cvt and after contacting Ganley East went above and beyond to find me the exact car I couldn't find at any other dealer. I was looking for a white WRX cvt and after contacting many dealerships within a 200 mile radius with no success, Mike Kaminski and Jim Santa Maria were able to find me a car that was due into port in just about seven days. They explained to me that this is what called a re route. Which means that car was destined for another dealership and they intercepted it and were able to put the exact same options on the car as though I ordered the car. These two men are truly exceptional going above and beyond any customer's needs. Both the acquisition process and the delivery and sale of the car to me were one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever been through , considering the number of cars I have purchased in my lifetime. I very strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great deal and exceptional customer service and treatment. More
