Helped me out of a tough breakdown situation. My engine block on my Subaru Outback blew out on a road trip close to Cleveland and the staff at Ganley Subaru East helped me deal with the situation. At first I dealt with Gary Heck in the service department who was considerate and helpful in dealing with my old car. I then talked with James Reinart and Brad Lunar who helped me pick a used Impreza that was in my price range. Brad was very empathetic to my experience (I was ~800 miles from home when my car broke down!) and despite a few unfortunate logistical setbacks, went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable in my stay in Cleveland and had the means to get back to KS. Brad went out of his way to drop me off at the airport while the car I purchased was being serviced for recall parts. Despite the circumstances, this was the most pleasant and relaxed environment In which have ever purchased a car. Every step of the process I felt comfortable with all of the employees and at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything. If I am ever in the greater Cleveland area and am in need of car I will definitely choose Ganley! A little over a month later and I am completely happy with the Impreza I purchased! Above and beyond I had gotten a card from this location that said they would purchase my current vehicle from me.
