Service, service, service!! I recently purchased a Mercedes ML 350 from this dealer....yes a Subaru dealer sold me a Mercedes. I spoke to the salesman Ken Johnson who was insiste I recently purchased a Mercedes ML 350 from this dealer....yes a Subaru dealer sold me a Mercedes. I spoke to the salesman Ken Johnson who was insistent he could help me find the car I wanted. He did not disappoint. He scoured the inventory from all of the Ganley family of dealers and found the car of my wife's dreams! When I arrived for delivery and signing I was welcomed to a plush waiting area fully stocked with beverages and leather arm chairs near a serene fire feature. I was cared for like inwas at a 5 star resort while I waited to sign my papers with Sean who dug deep to get me a great interest rate and great warrantee. I drove all the way from West Virginia for this deal and I would do it again! Thank you Ken and the Ganley Subaru East gang for a great car buying experience. More

I never felt pressured to get anything I didn't want or that I had to sign right then and there. I checked out quite a few other dealerships (even another Subaru), but none compared to Ganley Subaru East. Before my recent purchase of 2017 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium with Eysight technology (this is the best investment I ever made), I dreaded having to take my car in for service. However, this is no longer an issue at Ganley Subaru East dealership. I have not met a person yet who has not made feel welcomed and like I just gained a second family on top of a new car. Even after I received my car, Brad would check in with me to make sure I didn't have any questions or problems with the car. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to buy from Ganley Subaru East!!!! More
