When pressed after saying car was done, they admitted that they did not rotate tires as per 20K maintenance checklist. Had nonsensical statement about not rotating tires unless uneven wear, when regular that they did not rotate tires as per 20K maintenance checklist. Had nonsensical statement about not rotating tires unless uneven wear, when regular tire rotation is meant to prevent just that. Had unsatisfactory answer as to whether or not the AWD propeller shaft bolt was re-torqued at the last 15K maintenance. I have absolutely no confidence in the reliability of the stated service at this dealership. More
