I recently purchased a RAV4 Hybrid from Scott Masters at Ken Ganley Toyota in Pittsburgh and I thought it was a smooth and relatively relaxing and straightforward experience. After living abroad for some time, I returned to a very competitive car market and I scrambled around to find any inventory. Prior to finding my new car, Scott was quite communicative in what to expect and what was the reality. Last week, he informed me that there was a new car available after a previous deal had fallen through. It was near closing time when I arrived, but Scott was patient with me as I asked more questions than what was reasonable. I decided the next day to purchase it and even though he had to leave for Ohio for a few hours, he still worked with me through the process of buying it. When he returned, starting the buying process which is when I met Shaun who was also straightforward, detailed, and honest. He was also friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. Overall, Scott was communicative, honest, and a positive representative for not only Ken Ganley but Toyota as well.
