Horrible experience. I was 4 hours from home when our 21 highlander went into limp mode. I briefly explained my situation and the service employee had only one comment - "tow it to another dealer because we are too busy". No other suggestions, no offers to help, nothing. I understand that they would not drop what they're doing to fix my car, but I would of left it there for them to fix it and figure it out. But based on my one minute conversation it was obvious they didn't care. And I will never go there again and probably never buy a toyota because of this one person More
Was not satisfied with the cost of the work that needed to be done, especially since it went in twice in a months time. The first time no one knew why it wouldn't start and the second time with the crake w to be done, especially since it went in twice in a months time.
