From the moment I inquired and reserved my Toyota Sienna to the moment it arrived, Rodrigo was incredibly kind and informative. I’ve been coming to Ken Ganley Toyota Pittsburgh for a while and have generally had good experiences, but my recent visit left me disappointed. A few weeks ago, I brought in my 2024 Toyota RAV4 for a stat while and have generally had good experiences, but my recent visit left me disappointed. A few weeks ago, I brought in my 2024 Toyota RAV4 for a state inspection. The process was smooth — I was told I only needed one tag, wasn’t charged, and was in and out in about 40 minutes. However, when I returned for a state inspection on my 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander (with only 3.5K miles), the experience was quite different. I was told the process would be quick, but it ended up taking over an hour. Once everything was done, I was told I needed two tags and was charged over $100. The discrepancy in both time and cost between the two visits — at the same dealership and for vehicles from the same brand — is confusing and frustrating. I even mentioned at the start that I had a doctor’s appointment scheduled (which had taken 2 months to get), and asked if I should come another time if it would take too long. I was assured it would be quick, but I ended up missing the appointment and now have to wait until mid-July for the next available slot. I’ve appreciated Ken Ganley’s service in the past, but this experience did not meet expectations. I hope the dealership can work toward more consistency and clearer communication in the future. More

Dealer was very caring of customer needs. Found vehicle I had wanted, worked with me on price, and provided a loaner car for the three months it took to come into dealership. I am very disappointed with Robert Schilling regarding the service contract. He stated with three of us in the room hearing the same thing that he would give me the same contract I had last time which was the service contract. He stated with three of us in the room hearing the same thing that he would give me the same contract I had last time which was eight years, 80,000 miles with a zero deductible and what I received was seven years 70,000 miles with $100 deductible and it was only $100 cheaper than what I paid last time which he told me he was gonna give me $200 cheaper. He made a good experience turn sour I’ve left him several messages and he has not returned my phone call. He knew that the last guy I dealt with screwed me and told me he would never do that, but yet he has. More
