I have been leasing RAV4 since they came out and originally started with a dealership in Moon Township, close to where I worked. I am now retired and I leased 1 RAV4 from a dealer in Dormont who on originally started with a dealership in Moon Township, close to where I worked. I am now retired and I leased 1 RAV4 from a dealer in Dormont who on numerous occasions told me they could not meet the price I gave them from another dealer and advised me to go back to that dealer. The Dormont location is most convenient and is about 3 to 4 miles away. I believe this may be my 4th RAV from the Pleasant Hills dealership. This year it was the best of all. The salesman, Rodrigo, was the best ever. He called me at my home to follow-up on the return of my 2018 lease and he continued to follow-up about once to twice a week. Because of Covid 19 I was apprehensive until I received my vaccine and he did all of his homework without ever seeing me in regard with the return of 2018 and the new 2021. He was so pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I certainly appreciated his dedication to working out all details as well as working with the finance dept. Mr. Clausen to fulfill my demands. Both were exceptional and met all of my requests. I will continue to go to this dealership in the future. In fact my first Toyota was a 72 Toyota Corona which I bought from Mr. Lucci who had one of the first Toyota dealerships on West Liberty Avenue. I believe he is with the Dealership in Dormont but is manager of the Cadillac division. Thanks so much Rodrigo and Mr. Clausen for all your efforts to get me into my New 2021 RAV4.
