After giving them a beautiful Cadillac as a trade , they should have made me a second key. They said that it would cost us $450. That should have been part of our deal!! We paid over $22,000 and CARFAX said that it’s worth is 16,000. My Caddie had many more luxuries that this one does not!

After trading in my Cadillac and only going up one year, I think that we overpaid, because CARFAX has this car listed As 16,300. Then they should have just ordered me a new key, rather than telling me we have to pay $450. Not a Great way to make your customers happy!!
