Dan wanted to upcharge the sticker price over $1000 and added made up fees to my total once deciding that a young woman wouldn't know better anyway. Once agreeing on the price and arriving for the test drive, Dan told me "I wouldn't need to know about the off-road bottoms over here, just ignore them" when discussing the functionality of my 4Runner TRD OFF-ROAD PRO. He was so unfamiliar with the vehicle he couldn't tell me how the heated steerling wheel work, went so far as saying it didn't have that! I asked him to check with his sales manager, he left and came back and said nope - no heated steering wheel. One google search showed me exactly how to turn it on. I asked for a recreation pass and specific license plate since they charged me for licensing and didn't let me opt out (purchased out of state) and when the license plate arrived it was not the one I asked for and didn't come with a recreation pass. Overall, disappointed at the clear stereotyping, the lack of familiarity with the $60k car I was buying, and disregard for my requests after paying for a service I was not allowed to opt out of. Would not recommend. More
