I have been dealing with this dealership for many years. It is only the service department that is keeping me with them. The last purchase I made was my new Tundra. I was less than pleased with my trade in It is only the service department that is keeping me with them. The last purchase I made was my new Tundra. I was less than pleased with my trade in offer but bought it anyway since ordered just as I wanted it. If I get the same offer when time to trade this truck in I will not buy from this dealership. The day after my purchase my old truck which I was told would not go on dealer lot was there for $10,000.00 more than they gave me.. Service is great. Sales $#@#$.. I have bought 3 Tundras and 3 sedans from this location. I was never treated so badly as the last purchase and every once of service on all vehicles was preformed there. More

It is convenient. I liked the service person explanation of the deal on service packages but did not like that I was being charged an extra 2% for using a credit card I liked the service person explanation of the deal on service packages but did not like that I was being charged an extra 2% for using a credit card. I was not told this in advance or I would have brought a check. During the pandemic consumers were encouraged or forced to use credit cards and the push was on for places to go cashless but at a price to the consumer. There are going to be some people who are going to have a problem with the extra fee when it comes to a large repair and extra $20 or more adds up rather quickly. The technicians should always put the screens back to where they were after recording the service done. More

Lisa O in service did an incredible job and got me in for service in a pinch. That was priceless and toe worth gold. I had a problem with my Tacoma and they fixed it and did an oil change in 45 minutes which service in a pinch. That was priceless and toe worth gold.
