Personally loved the vehicle but after 3 years of not missing a payment. New management did not stand by previously agreed upon terms. While we tried to come to an agreement on the final lease disposition fee. After speaking to both their financial branch and to the lease management person, both entities would not help and just point fingers at each other. While we were in discussions they sent my account to collection as a “Missed payment”. They speak of loyalty and customer service but when it counts after years of being a responsible paying customer they stick it right to you for all of about $150. You have been warned. More
