I have had so many bad experiences with car dealers. I have read so many blogs about games dealer play. However, Rob Langelier was the best. I was worried that they would change the price for the trade in. I was worried that they would change the price of the car, after driving two hours from Columbus. I had the best experience ever at this dealership. The car was exactly in the condition they said it was and they never changed the price. They did not ask me dumb questions about my personal life. They gave me the keys, I took it for a drive alone. I cannot say enough good things about Rob and this dealership. I LOVE my new car. I LOVE the experience that I had purchasing my new car, which is simply a miracle consider I am a blonde female. As far as the price is concerned, I searched for 9 months for a good deal. I believe I purchased a car that was the best deal in the entire state! No games, gimmicks or tricks. I have never had such a great experience at any dealer. More

I have a 2010 CC leased from this dealership. I have I have a 2010 CC leased from this dealership. I have been to service twice now and they have been 100% accurate and efficient. The Sales/Leasing I have a 2010 CC leased from this dealership. I have been to service twice now and they have been 100% accurate and efficient. The Sales/Leasing experience was not good and I do not think I will go here again. The Sales Agent made certain verbal statements about residual value and when I ran the numbers based on her statement we did the deal. Sadly when I came in and met with the F & I lady the numbers had been changed and she blamed the bank. Frankly that's crap and although my monthly payment remains unchanged they played with the residual value thus screwing me if I want to buy it at the end of the lease. The car has been fine and depending on how the market looks in 2013 I may still buy it at lease end, but I do not see myself being a return customer. More
