We had specific items on a truck that we were looking for, and he searched and searched until he found us one that had everything we requested. When it came down to buying it and getting managers approval, it was such an easy and simple process. The manager Danny Jackson was just as amazing. I can not recommend these two guys enough. I have never felt more welcomed at a dealership than I have coming here. By far the best salesman and manager around. I am 100% satisfied with how I was treated and with the whole purchasing process. Props to Ken Garff for hiring these great men. Justin Cloward deserves 10 stars. More

Great experience We saw a used 2018 Transit van on the Internet at your dealership. Though we live in St. George, that van was in our garage in less than 24 hours afte We saw a used 2018 Transit van on the Internet at your dealership. Though we live in St. George, that van was in our garage in less than 24 hours after contacting the dealer. We drove to American Fork the morning after speaking with the dealer, test drove the vehicle which was just as advertised (though not detailed very professionally...our only criticism), easily made a fair deal with Scott and Tyler and was whisked through the paperwork and finance department in less than 20 minutes. The finance person was excellent and she was very aware that we were eager to get back on the road to St. George. There was no high pressure during our visit and everyone was very friendly and professional. This was our second van purchase at your dealership and we'll be back. Scott was especially professional and helpful. A great sales professional that we'll certainly hope to work with again. More

Not pushy but very helpful I have seen the ads about how Ken Garff dealerships listen but didn't believe it until I finally experienced it. The individual that I worked with was not push which was a totally unique experience for me. That said, he was also still very helpful and wanted to make sure I had all of the information I needed in order to decide what and when I wanted to make a purchase. I worked with Ken Garff off and on for the past 3 years as I had been doing research on what I wanted to buy and saving up for it and during that whole time they were never pushy. Also appreciated that I didn't have a pushy sales manager coming in trying to pressure me into finalizing a deal. More

Worth traveling out of state to buy from Robert in the fleet department was really easy to deal with. No car salesman tactics or stereotypical “push for a quick sale” attitudes.
