Purchase F350 across state lines I purchased my F350 from Texas sight unseen. Will not honor warranty I have taken my 2016 F150 in 4 times now for a popping noise in my steering wheel. Because the noise is intermittent we could not replicate the noise I have taken my 2016 F150 in 4 times now for a popping noise in my steering wheel. Because the noise is intermittent we could not replicate the noise in the limited amount of time the service tech would drive the truck. I was told by the warranty service person to take a video of the noise and bring it in to the dealership. I brought the video in today and was then told they could not do anything to warranty the truck by watching a video. Even thought the noise was obvious. (They told me to take the video!!!) I only have 6000 miles left on warranty and I am worried they will just keep avoiding fixing the steering problem until I am past my warranty mileage. I have bought 3 vehicles from Ken Garff and will not be buying another one. I was not treated this was by previous dealerships I have dealt with. Do not buy from Ken Garff. They will not back their warranty! More

When we made a deal We had a great experience at Ken Garff Ford in American Fork. There was very little pressure and we felt that they listen to us. When we made a deal, the whole process took less than an hour it was great compared other dealerships that we’ve gone to. Finance was less than 30 minutes. They were willing to work with us on getting just the right car even though they didn’t have it on the lot. Went through all the setup of the car until we were satisfied.
