Poor communication, preperation, and use of time I had to reach out multiple times when I was supposed to get responses from salesman. He left early without talking to finance or me to confirm everything the night before I was supposed to fly in from out of state to purchase the vehicle. <100 miles off the lot I got a maintenance warning for low DPF fluid, which either isn't part of an oil change or they lied to me that it had just been serviced. I asked salesman for help given I was traveling 400 miles and couldn't find any information online or in the owner's manual. His response was "buy some and fill it." Might as well told me to kiss his xxx. More

Customer Service get worse over time They sold me a 2017 Ford Edge fully loaded and I had to return it to the service department to get fixed for going into "limp" mode in less than 24 ho They sold me a 2017 Ford Edge fully loaded and I had to return it to the service department to get fixed for going into "limp" mode in less than 24 hours of owning it. It has now been about 2 months and they still haven't fixed the issue and this morning is the 5th time I have taken it to get repaired. I can't even get a rental car from them because they claim to have none available and they also refuse to get one from a rental car company. Their customer service gets worse and worse with each visit. More

I had a great experience with Jon Gray, he worked with my juggling car choices. Jim drove a hard bargain, but we got on an agreeable price. The only down side was how long I was at the dealership; having went in at 2:45 or so, and not having finished up until 7:00 pm. More
Worst car buying experience ever We went in looking for a car and found one we liked, after deciding that is what we wanted we started the process of buying it and the process with th We went in looking for a car and found one we liked, after deciding that is what we wanted we started the process of buying it and the process with the salesman was a little longer then I thought it should be, I've bought new cars before and it was a lot faster then this, then they sent the paperwork to their finance people and they had it for over 4 hours so by now we have been at the dealership 6+ hours and there was only 1 other customer buying a car. They promised to put new tires and fix all the rim damage on the car, we let them take the car to get new tires on it and 3 days later they called us saying it's done, really it takes that long to get tires? Then we went to go pick up the car and nobody had any record of the car being at the dealership and nobody knew where the keys were to the car we had just purchased, we spend the next hour at the dealership while they tried to find the car keys. The car was purchased weeks ago and still they have not fixed the rim damage to the car that was promised in the contract, the communication at this dealership are very poor they say they will call you tomorrow with an answer on something and then 4 days later they finally get around to calling you, if you go here plan on waiting around for a very long time, they do things on their own time and at their own convenience, I usually like garff dealers but after this experience I don't think I can recommend them to anyone or ever buy a car here again. More
