Had an appointment. When I arrived the service bay was full of cars and it was hard to tell where to go. As I finally found my way in the women I would suppose was some When I arrived the service bay was full of cars and it was hard to tell where to go. As I finally found my way in the women I would suppose was some kind of greeter had head down and never spoke to me. All service writers had there heads down and no one acknowledged the people who had formed a line where even there. I wait almost 15 minutes before a service write helped me. The dealership was disorganized, confusing, and not very client friendly. Had to go back twice to pick up my car. First time no one could find the keys or an invoice. Overall this was not a good experience. More
