Ford F150 air conditioning stops working after 2 to 3 hours of driving. Took my truck in for this known issue where a TSB had been issued. The dealership could not replicate the problem, so they sent me hours of driving. Took my truck in for this known issue where a TSB had been issued. The dealership could not replicate the problem, so they sent me home with a faulty air conditioning system, “ come back when it happens again“. Really? So you want me to go on another long trip only to discover the air condition doesn’t work, AGAIN It’s already difficult to make an appointment and to leave your vehicle for a day Compounded by a service department that is one inwilling to take the time to research, diagnose and correct the problem. The service writer was courteous and friendly, no problem there, But very disappointing the service department overall. More
