If there is a rating system that can give negative star, I will use it! Just like everyone else, I tried to get the best price for a used white 2023 Odyssey. The prices listed on cars.com and big star websi I will use it! Just like everyone else, I tried to get the best price for a used white 2023 Odyssey. The prices listed on cars.com and big star websites were lower than the quotes that I received from salesman. Finally he gave lower price but still higher than what posted on cars.com and their websites. Talk about bait and switch! He said it's not used but demo car. I told him that he couldn't say it's new because it's more than 1k miles. It's already used. I don't care what they call that. To me it's used and nobody calls that other than used even for a demo vehicle with over 1k miles! More
The price online was less than the price I was offered when I went in person. The ask was for 10,000 above MSRP. The salesman promised a free programmed remote control and then I was asked to pay for i when I went in person. The ask was for 10,000 above MSRP. Very bad customer treatment & Bad services. I was a customer since last 3+ years. Last oil change at this place damaged my car oil pan and this was found when I did the next change at a differ I was a customer since last 3+ years. Last oil change at this place damaged my car oil pan and this was found when I did the next change at a different place. Took the car today to ask for help to verify the problem ; Instead of showing any assistance to verify the problem, they were quick to defend and trying to dismiss me from there . The desk staff was extremely rude and angry and approaching the manager , he behaved the same with and treated me very bad and completely unhelpful . At the end I figured, they were so afraid about their mistake done. This is not kind of customer experience I will expect from such a reputed CAR company. Please take my word, save your car and do not go to this to place for any service. For me this was the last time I will ever step into this horrible place with rude staff. More

Beware of Big Star Honda! Classic bait and switch deceptive advertising practices here at this dealership. I do not recommend this dealership at all. My experience is evident Classic bait and switch deceptive advertising practices here at this dealership. I do not recommend this dealership at all. My experience is evident that their deceptive practices are not an accidental isolated instance and one of many deceptive instances according to reviews. Big Star Honda’s deception wasted hours of my time. I called yesterday to finalize the purchase of a 2022 Civic (ads pictured) and discussed financing, and discount incentives. After having trouble getting back in touch with my first salesman, Jacob Sadler, I was passed to another sales lady. She said I would actually need to pay an additional $6,000 over MSRP to get the Civic even though the ad on Cars.com and their own site were consistent in $100 below MSRP “special offer” (see pictures). I was totally blown away with this change in terms. I then spoke to Manager Danny Tran who said the new price is not $6k but $5,000 over MSRP. I told him I felt their advertising and them changing my deal was deceptive and potentially illegal. Mr. Tran felt there was nothing wrong or misleading about increasing the price on my 2022 Civic deal and just business as usual. He went as far to say something along the lines of this is America and he can do and say what he wants. Stay away from these unethical people. More
