Miss diagnosis, tech spent very little time on my vehicle and charged $125. After I took it somewhere else we compared the old part and the new part and there was no damage like the tech had claimed. This service was horrible! I asked that my front passenger tire be patched and part of the service was tire rotation. My front passenger tire still has a leak, which means my tires weren’t rotated passenger tire be patched and part of the service was tire rotation. My front passenger tire still has a leak, which means my tires weren’t rotated either. Makes me leery of what else they didn’t complete. They also tried to tell me I had used all 3 of my prepaid services, but I just bought the vehicle in August 2019. Trying to tell me that I had to go into the showroom to talk to finance to fix their error, I had to argue with the service department and they finally were able to find the correct file. More

Charged for services not recieved. Service notes reads " Charged for services not received. Service notes reads " within specs at this time" however charged for an alignment.
