Lazy, I wont be taking my vehicle back to this dealership. For me, the quality of work done comes down to the details. If they dont do the small things, who knows if they are being thorough on the big things. For me, the quality of work done comes down to the details. I have taken my truck to them 2 oil changes in a row and they never seem to check the air pressure, which then makes me question....are they even rotating the tires? If they aren't doing that how do I know they are doing the other things they are saying? I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, but now will not be returning to this dealership for service. Both representatives in the little office were kind enough, but in reality im there to get my truck taken care of. More

A few weeks back i tried to buy a GMC truck, however the dealer supplied NADA price did not match what my bank provided after pulling the vin. The price they (the dealer) tried to tell me was the value, was well over 3k what it should cost. I was willing to slightly over pay, but not to the point of being ripped off.
