Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. In order to make it fair for all of our customers, we require a deposit to put a vehicle on hold before it arrives from the factory. Since we did not get a deposit down, we were not able to secure the vehicle for your daughter, and someone else was able to purchase the vehicle.
