Went in for an oil change, tire rotation. The service manager told me that they were backed up with work. He sent me home with a loaner car and called me when the work was finished. Communication was terrible about a lot of things. Also the disregard to bubbled paint, discoloration in paint and discoloration on interior on a brand new vehicle from the sales person was absolutely Also the disregard to bubbled paint, discoloration in paint and discoloration on interior on a brand new vehicle from the sales person was absolutely crazy to us. The sitting for 2 hours to sign docs when they were given plenty of notice to our arrival from out of state was just insane as well. We will be doing business elsewhere for our next vehicle. More
