After my service, I discovered a significant oil leak that did not exist prior to the service. I had to return to get the problem fixed, as well as spending time and money cleaning up the oil that leaked that did not exist prior to the service. The service tech also changed the settings on my dashboard, which was not appreciated or expected. Every time I went back to the service department the people who work there had no recollection of who I was, even during the same day. Not a good experience. More

I ordered a Denali 3500 Black Diamond Edition and said, multiple times, I want the towing package installed. When I arrived to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck, the towing package was not installed multiple times, I want the towing package installed.
