Scheduled an appointment, had the confirmation and showed up on time. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment. Said they could do it anyhow with no issue. After 3 hours I texted asking if it was up on time. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment. Said they could do it anyhow with no issue.
