Each time her knowledge of the vehicles were off the chart. Yes the dealer is supposed to know the vehicles that they are selling, but Cristin goes over and beyond to make sure the customer knows the ins and outs of the vehicle specs. And makes sure the customer gets the right vehicle that fits their needs. Perfect example is when I started looking for another truck at around 2010, I went straight to Cristin to get all the facts on Ford and Toyota trucks that would fit my needs. She let me test drive each vehicle and did not push me to commit to a certain vehicle and rush to purchase one from 2010 until now. She knew exactly what my wants and needs were for a vehicle because she takes time to know the customer and make them feel at ease. So this past month I finally saw the truck that fits me to a T!!! I went to Cristin to ask if I could see the truck that just came off the carrier and right then and there she knew I was ready to purchase my Truck. So now I am a proud owner of a 2017 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition. I would highly recommend Christin Sevchuk to my friend’s because I know she would treat them like family and get them the best deal!!
