He stayed way beyond closing time and that is what helped us determine that we were going to purchase a vehicle in Cheyenne. More
Excellent Servisor and outstanding service I did not purchase this vehicle from Spradley Barr so I was a little concerned when I took my 2011 Edge in for an oil leak. Anthony was extremely help I did not purchase this vehicle from Spradley Barr so I was a little concerned when I took my 2011 Edge in for an oil leak. Anthony was extremely helpful and wanted the service tech to determine the issue so we could determine how to proceed. To my benefit the problem was covered under to drive train warranty which resulted in no out of pocket expense. I have had service experiences with other dealers where I did not purchase the vehicle and although the addressed the problem, the service was placed on the back burner. This certainly not the issue with Spradley-Barr, the service was fast, accurate and everyone I encountered was extremely polite and very professional. More

Excellent service for my 2009 Toyota Corolla I have been bringing my Corolla to Spradley-Barr Toyota Service Center since I bought it in June of 2008. I have always had excellent customer service I have been bringing my Corolla to Spradley-Barr Toyota Service Center since I bought it in June of 2008. I have always had excellent customer service from Steve, Mike, and all the technicians who have serviced my car. The folks there are so courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. If there's a mechanical concern with my car, they notify me immediately and give me an estimate and/or price for the service or part. Such as a new battery, wipers, or new tires. I am very, very pleased with the Spradley-Barr Service Center team!! I will continue to have them service my car and any future Toyota's I purchase. KUDOS TO SPRADLEY-BARR SERVICE CENTER!!!!! More

When I arrived at the dealership, Cristin had the car waiting and took great care of me from start to finish. This is the first time I've bought a brand-new car, and I'm very satisfied with my experience! Everybody at the dealership was friendly and helpful, and I never felt pressured. The process of buying the car was so much easier than I expected--I'm so glad I chose this dealership instead of the Ford dealer in my town. More

Thanks, Seth, for your personal care I brought my 2007 Lincoln Towncar to QuickLane at Spradley Barr for an oil change recently and the service personnel noted that my tires were wearing I brought my 2007 Lincoln Towncar to QuickLane at Spradley Barr for an oil change recently and the service personnel noted that my tires were wearing and my brake pads were in need of replacement. Seth took charge of overseeing the repairs and kept me properly informed of the actions that were being taken. A few days later, I had an alignment problem which he corrected for me within a time frame that allowed me to get to the school where I needed to pick up my granddaughter. When you take such a life-centered item like your car to a service center, and have no knowledge of what's going on back there or ability to understand the complicated mechanics of an automobile, it's comforting to know that the person you're dealing with understands your concerns and cares about you. More
