Great Customer Service I dropped my vehicle off for service, Seth at the front desk told me he would call when it was ready. When I went back to pick up the vehicle it was washed the paperwork was in order and the check out process was of minimal time. Great experience and a place I would recommend to others. More

And have never had any issues with the customer service that they offer. While I have only purchased one vehicle from them, they are the only shop I take my truck to get worked on. They get it right the first time and IF there is an issue of some sort they do what they can to make it right with the customers. Today, 29 August 2015 I took my 2011 F150 in to get an oil change and check the fluids checked, they noticed that my transmission fluid was needed to be changed as well. I bought the truck from another Ford Dealership and part of the purchase agreement was they (the dealership I bought it from) was suppose to due a full transmission flush, which it obviously was done. After I brought that to their attention Seth Perriton took it upon himself to due a full transmission flush, on Spradley's dime to make it right. While it was not Spradley's fault the service was not done, the fact that they put the customer first, me in this case, shows their dedication to their customers. More

The Fort Collins spradley Barr is a nightmare of a place and only brought complications that the Cheyenne dealership did everything to change my view of spradley Barr. This dealership and the people that work here are far superior to their sister dealership in CO. More
Extremely poor customer service Chris checked my car in for an oil change. Never asked my name. Reviewing the receipt later, I realized he put it under my son's name, which made no sense. I purchased the vehicle at this dealership two years ago and have had it serviced there since then. I called to tell him. He argued with me and said that was what the vin pulled up! I pointed out that LeAnn Gregory who exemplified good customer service never got the name wrong. He said that oh yes that would have been the name when LeAnn was there. I asked if he wanted to see the receipts. Never was I offered an apology. I suggested he did not have good customer service training. Silence. Incompetence in customer service, not verifying the owner's name, etc...Shall I go on? More

I was brought up with strong values and expected not to deviate from them. One of which was if I said I would do something, my word and a handshake are binding. Kevin Harris, the Sales Manager and Robert Salazar, my Salesperson have those values. Other dealerships should send their employees here to learn about customer care. Discussing finance options with Rob Elder was enjoyable. Really . . . enjoyable. Wow! After visiting 7 other dealerships in 2 states, my wife and I will consider Spradley-Barr as our first and probably only choice for future vehicle purchases. More

I was heading from Fort Collins to Omaha and had an issue with my car about 20 miles east of Che I want to thank Seth Perriton for saving my weekend. I was heading from Fort Collins to Omaha and had an issue with my car about 20 miles east of Cheyenne. I was able to drive back to Cheyenne and pulled into the service garage. WIthin 15 minutes, Seth removed the protective piece from the bottom of my car that was dragging and had me on my way assuring me that I could have it fixed at a later date and there would be no issues with driving to Omaha and back. Seth was extremely helpful, very professional and set my mind at ease. In addition, he did not charge me to take care of the quick repair. I was able to get my daughter back to see her grandparents before school begun and can't thank Seth enough. I thought I would be sitting in Cheyenne for an extended period of time or have to cancel my trip. More

Ford Freestyle Had a wonderful time with the employee, helped us find a vehicle that had what we needed. We were worried it was going to be a long drawn out process Had a wonderful time with the employee, helped us find a vehicle that had what we needed. We were worried it was going to be a long drawn out process and that we would be shown a bunch of vehicles that we couldn't afford, but we ended up falling in love with the first one we were shown and after looking at a couple others decided we wanted to see if we could try to get it. We got an amazing deal, the price was already marked down and they took more off. Even though the mileage was they still threw in 2 years of oil changes. We got a great loan and was able to get the same day. We are so happy we didn't have to run around from one dealer to the next. We felt comfortable and well informed and like the employees really were trying to help us get the vehicle instead of trying to help themselves. My Mother in-law is jealous of how well our experience went and is considering purchasing a new vehicle herself. More
