Appointments don't mean anything I made an appointment to see a vehicle and was told to bring my e-mail to make sure I got the correct individuals to help me. Neither person was available at the appointment time and the girl in the front didn't know anything about my appointment or where the sale persons were. I was very disappointed with the lack of professional behavior and expected more since I have bought cars here before and service them. Needless to say I went down the street and spoke with a great gentleman at the Chevy dealer and will test drive one of their cars instead. I will definitely use another Ford dealer if I look for a Ford vehicle. More

He said he wasn’t just there to sell me a car, but would help me with any future issues or needs. It was obvious that was a true statement, as I witness him helping numerous previous customers while I was in the dealership. I was also very pleased with not having to work with multiple people throughout the deal like anywhere else I have bought a car. I dealt with Kevin the entire experience. Poor Quality Oil Change The highly trained technicians couldn’t be bothered with removing the plastic oil bottle that they used to catch the oil coming from the oil filter. The highly trained technicians couldn’t be bothered with removing the plastic oil bottle that they used to catch the oil coming from the oil filter. I drove 150 miles home to find a plastic oil bottle in my engine compartment. It had been lying up against my belts and pulleys, and rubbed/ melted a hole in the plastic bottle. Now there is oil on my belts, in the bottom of my engine compartment, and I have a oil spot on my garage floor. This is a quote from their website “By bringing your Toyota vehicle to Spradley Barr Toyota of Cheyenne for all your service and repair needs, from regularly scheduled appointments to major repairs, you can count on a continued driving experience unlike any other” While they did provide me with a driving experience unlike any other I assume they meant it in a positive sense. If this is the quality they provide for a simple oil change service I can only imagine what is done in a complicated repair. I cannot and will not recommend their service department to anyone I know. Update: I gave the Spradley Barr Toyota Service Center 15 days to respond to my complaint before positing my first review. After posting my negative review they finally got back in touch with me to refund my money. Kudos to them for the refund. Shame on them for making me write a negative review in order to get customer care. More

Spradley took care of a factory issue with a new F350 I'd like to thank both Leigh and Jacque for all that you did this week to take care of me and my new F350.....it had a small oil leak (from a bad gask I'd like to thank both Leigh and Jacque for all that you did this week to take care of me and my new F350.....it had a small oil leak (from a bad gasket during truck mfg) that was in a tight spot and not easy to access to repair. But the rental car worked great and I haven't seen my new truck as clean as it is except the day we picked it up brand new. I appreciate the extra step to have it cleaned up it looks great. And Jacque I appreciate you working in the oil and filter change that won't count as the official "first oil change" on the maintenance plan. More
