Worst Service Center Ever Ok, this is the second time in a year I've had the displeasure of taking my car in for service. Ordinarily I would give the experience I had a 2 star, Ok, this is the second time in a year I've had the displeasure of taking my car in for service. Ordinarily I would give the experience I had a 2 star, but seeing as this is the SECOND TIME IN A ROW SERVICE HAS BEEN LOUSY, I think it deserves a 1 star. So here we go: I take my car in to get routine maintenance. I schedule an appointment online. When I arrive at the time of appointment, with confirmation page in hand, they look at me like I've insane and pass me off between two different people. The lady in maintenance who acted like I ruined her life, sent me to talk to a man named Kent, and Kent sent me back to her....ooooooook people. I was also told that despite scheduling an appointment online, car maintenance is first come, first serve. According to the Spradley Barr website that statement is WRONG because it allows you to choose "general maintenance" as an option for an appointment. So after waiting two hours I get my car back, yay. The lady tells me "ok so your tires were out of alignment and that not covered by your premium service plan so you'll have to get it down another time." I BEG YOUR UNBELIEVABLE PARDON! Why the heck didn't you tell me "hey there's something with you car that's not covered by the plan, it will cost this much, it may take a little longer....do you wanna do this?" <----That is what has occurred at any dealership I've ever been to. So now apparently they want me to schedule another appointment (good luck with that) and come in AGAIN! Yeah....I don't think so. This is the second time they've done this crap to me and I'm going elsewhere. Yeesh! More

Well I said I want my credit ran once and if it didn't work with the payment we wanted I didn't want the truck. We reiterated it at least 10 times and they said yes thats all we did but no that was not the case it has been ran multiple times and it also took us 3.5 hours there which is ridiculous. The finance guy didn't explain anything to me except what my interest rate and payment was. I will never go back there and give them my business I have never been felt like this before buying a vehicle!I would not trust their word about anything! More
Not a Place to Buy Vehicle I went to dealership in response to mass mailing for sales promotion. I had won something per mailing and wanted to find what it was. I had to wait a while for a sales representative to meet and deal with for answer. Dealership receptionist informed she notified twice of need for customer service. Older salesman presented and I was informed I had to complete a form, providing address and driver's license number plus have my driver's license copied. Older salesman, whoever he was went to another room to check for my winnings. I could see him sitting, first on the phone and then seemingly reading something. A second younger sales man, no name given either, checked with me and asked what I was there for. I said to check on winnings. He informed driver’s license was needed for copying. He asked if I was interested in a new vehicle. I said no, I had recently bought a new Nissan. He said snidely, sorry! I explained, no, it was good for me, better mileage than F-150 and did not need anything larger like an F-350. The salesman directly went back to other room to check on my answer and returned with winnings of $2. - My son is actually looking at buying a truck, but I would not recommend this dealer. Sale staff is slow to respond to customer enquiry and presented poor attitude. More

Even after we had the car he came by the house to set up the garage door opener and when we stopped by the dealer a few weeks later he had the car detailed for us. More

Rex's work turned my day around! It could have been a ruined weekend, but Rex made it an outstanding weekend. My small SUV was damaged and had to be towed to Spradley. While waiting for news on it's status, I check out the used vehicles and WOW!! Rex found me the greatest vehicle that meets my needs and helps me feel secure and safe! His knowledge and excellent sense of humor helped turn the day around! Very, very happy with the great vehicle he sold me! Go, Rex! More

However my husband found the truck he has wanted at Spradley Barr yesterday. He has waited 5 years to purchase one so this was very important to him. Rex Rabou greeted him and it was uphill from then on. Not only did he restore my faith in honesty within this dealership..(.as i had had an unpleasant experience in the past...years ago,) but he and Rob Elder (finance mgr) made my husbands dream materialize!. Not only did they make the price work within our budget but he went above and beyond to make our buying experience a great one! Rex is the best when it comes to his personable and honest ,straight up , way of handling what we all know as a stressful ordeal .I must say, i have purchased many cars in my lifetime and i have never had an absolutely positive , down to earth experience as we did with Rex.His compassion and understanding of your situation is so helpful and I can truly say that, when its time to purchase another vehicle, we will definately return to Spradley to see Rex.
