My experiences at the other dealership Eddie is the sole reason I bought from Ken Garff- he's actually the main reason I bought a CRV over the RAV 4. My experiences at the other dealerships were unpleasant high-pressure which totally stresses me out. This was not the case with Eddie, his approach made a HUGE difference. He was calm, methodical, knowledgeable, honest, straight forward and patient. He just bade me feel good about the car and the dealership. I took about a year to buy- I pay cash and drive my cars for a very long time so it needs to be right. When I finally decided I made a bad decision on the color, my fault entirely, and not only did Eddie help me fix it, he went above and beyond so I could get what I wanted.....the day before Christmas Eve. And...even more kudos to Eddie, he did it in a way that didn't embarrass me more than I had already embarrassed myself!!! I was mortified, but he took it in stride and facilitated the process start to finish. Now, I have a car I LOVE and tell everybody where I got it and who I worked with. So, this guy made a huge difference in a stressful process and I appreciate it so much!! Thank you !! More

Amazing Absolutely love this dealership. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I have had. I found the car I wanted online, and it was a great Absolutely love this dealership. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I have had. I found the car I wanted online, and it was a great deal. I expressed my interest and they contacted me back first thing the next morning. I knew this deal wouldn't sit on the lot for long so I really wanted to look at it right away, but I live in Ogden and couldn't get out of work. Eddie brought the car up to Ogden for me to look at that very afternoon, and took pictures of my car to value the trade-in. They offered me a really good price on my trade, and we signed paperwork that day to lock in the deal for me. They worked out all my financing over the phone. We were able to go through the bank I wanted and got a good interest rate. In 2 days, I drove off the lot in the new car I wanted. I left feeling satisfied and very happy with the deal I got, and the way I was treated there. Eddie even helped me and kept in contact with me via text on his day off. After contacting them, I can definitely say that Kris Kinsey went above and beyond for me. He went to great lengths to ensure my experience was superior. Because I was coming from out of market, he ensured he was available when I arrived and that everything was ready for me. I ended up buying 2 vehicles from him. He even picked me up from the airport when I arrived in town to pick up the 2nd vehicle. When the time comes to buy another vehicle, I will definitely look to Kris again even though I would be com g from the Vegas area. More
