World Class Service After visiting several dealerships and not finding what I was looking for, I stopped at Ken Garff Honda Downtown. My Salesman Anthony “Tony” Finstad s After visiting several dealerships and not finding what I was looking for, I stopped at Ken Garff Honda Downtown. My Salesman Anthony “Tony” Finstad spent some time finding out what I was looking for. He didn’t have the vehicle on the lot but verified he could get it. He found my vehicle and made arrangements to go to another dealership to pick it up. After having it detailed, he delivered it personally to my home and spent time explaining the features to my wife. I have never seen this happen before. Ken Garff Honda employs some of the nicest, no pressure sales people. I will definitely refer them to friends, family and acquaintances. Ken Garff Downtown fixes things that other branches don't I bought a 2012 Honda Accord on Saturday from Ken Garff Ogden and the check engine light came on on Tuesday. I took it to the SLC branch and they foun I bought a 2012 Honda Accord on Saturday from Ken Garff Ogden and the check engine light came on on Tuesday. I took it to the SLC branch and they found that basic maintenance had not been done in Ogden and the car was leaking oil. Things that Ken Garff Ogden should have found and fixed before putting the car up for sale. My service representative, Stitch, went above and beyond to get these things fixed for me. Even when Ken Garff Ogden said they would only pay for half of the repairs, he made sure that Ken Garff SLC paid for the rest. I walked out with the car I thought I bought. Thank you guys so much. As long as I live in SLC, I will be taking my car here. They are honest and they fix the mistakes that others made along the way. Ken Garff Ogden has a lot to learn in how to retain a customer from their SLC office and specifically Stitch. It is sad that the Ogden branch would sell cars in such a deceptive way. It harms the Garff brand everywhere. The Garff brand as a whole needs to know about what Ogden is doing because I was ready to write the Attorney General over this. But SLC knows how to take care of people, and for that I am so grateful. More

Stressful Situation Turned Pleasant Buying Experience I had a very pleasant buying experience recently at Ken Garff Honda downtown, most specifically with Eddie Jeppson. Unfortunately I made the mista I had a very pleasant buying experience recently at Ken Garff Honda downtown, most specifically with Eddie Jeppson. Unfortunately I made the mistake of leasing a vehicle from Coeur d'Alene Honda approximately 3 years ago (which I will NEVER do again), and was left upside down $3,000 for my trade in value due to going over miles. Despite the circumstances, Eddie made this experience as pleasant as it could potentially have been. When initially walking in, my intent was just to find out options for either financing my current HRV, or trading it in. My husband and I have a baby on the way, and are trying to get everything taken care of in preparation. I voiced my concerns and goals to Eddie, and I genuinely feel like he heard them. I wanted a lower car payment, better gas mileage and less miles than my current. He was able to show me several Used Car options meeting my criteria, and despite the nature of his job, I never felt like he was being pushy to buy. Fun fact: His willingness to listen and make me feel like an actual person led me to buying one of the cars he showed me that same day, all meeting my desired criteria: less miles than my current, better gas mileage, lower payment ALL WHILE STILL TYING IN THE $3,000 I WAS UPSIDE DOWN. I was very impressed with the overall prompt, quick, exceptional service received by Eddie and Marcus (with paperwork following). **Also, I ended up buying a Basic Warranty (still under my previous car payment) that Marcus had recommended with GAP Insurance for if in the event of a total loss and me already owing more than the car was worth, as well as 3 years/36,000 miles coverage. He also tossed in 2 years of free oil changes, which again, left me feeling like all of my needs were met. Overall, I'm normally a very apprehensive person. I tend to overthink situations prior to making any decisions, and am at times left feeling uneasy after big purchases. This was one of the ONLY car buying experiences I've had where I left feeling confident that I made the right decision. THANK YOU, Eddie, Marcus and Ken Garff Honda! More
