Not sure how to write this review without readers thinking Eddie paid me, but I seriously do have to elaborate on my family's "rescue." My wife and 4 children cruised across the Bonneville salt fl thinking Eddie paid me, but I seriously do have to elaborate on my family's "rescue." My wife and 4 children cruised across the Bonneville salt flats with a 2004 Ford Freestar that was running hot. By the time we hit Wendover, it was "all over." I pulled into the Rainbow Casino hotel to keep from damaging the engine and quickly figured out that there was NO-ONE I would trust to repair the van (probably the water pump since the system had just been flushed and had a new thermostat, but who knows) and no one that could get it done to get us back on our family vacation by the next day or maybe within several days. I called the Ken Garff dealership the next morning and asked for a "salesperson." Fortunately, I got Eddie and am comfortably sitting in Sacramento, CA on vacation THIS SAME DAY. Why? Because Eddie had a very nice used Toyota Sienna that he could make affordable for us (we can't afford a new van regardless of the make/model). But it's not the affordability that has led to this review. Eddie went and picked up a trailer and HAULED THE SIENNA TO US in Wendover, worked up all the paperwork in advance so that we could do the whole deal in the hotel parking lot, then loaded up our van as a trade and took it back to SLC! We were on the road back on vacation in our "new-to-us" van in less than 6 hours after I made the first phone call!! From a transportation standpoint we were truly "stranded on a desert island" with no good way off. And, in true "extreme van makeover" fashion, Eddie played along with me to fool my wife would thought I was out attempting to find a mechanic to do the repair and was expecting to be stranded in Wendover for days. She had been asking for a Honda Oddessy or Toyota Sienna for quite some time and was stunned as Eddie played "Brad the mechanic" and said he was sorry he couldn't fix our van so he brought her a new one. Being forthright speeds up the process & is easier for both of us. I appreciated the deal we received and think it will be a good car for us. Also, while I'm sure you were trying to be helpful, it comes accross negatively when we were so often reminded that other customers were coming in to test drive this car. I'm aware the deal is up for grabs and Would prefer not to have been reminded of this so often. Waiting 90+ minutes for Taylor Johnson was NOT acceptable. This negatively tainted our overall impression of the Ken Garff dealership. Taylor was aware but acted like it was no big deal that we waited this long. His dealings with us took only 10-15 minutes. He somehow should have worked us in rather than make us wait with our 7 year old daughter! The people in front of us must have been important. We left feeling non-important... a non-priority. We agreed to the deal before 9:00 p.m. It was around 11:00 p.m. by the time we finished. More
I just bought my first car from Eddie and was very pleased with the whole experience. Eddie was friendly and helpful in addressing all of my concerns without pressuring me in any way. After spending the prior day dealing with high pressure sales men trying to get me to buy a car I wasn't happy with, working with Eddie was a refreshing relief. Trevor then help me through the financing process, he was very helpful making the process easy and stress free. I had a great experience at Ken Garff Honda because of Eddie and Trevor and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
This was my 5th dealership lookiing for a truck. I didn't have the time to go in and look around or sit for 6hrs and get haggled. They didn't have any in stock that were what I wanted or needed so I found one on KSL in Logan that I loved he drove up and got it and brought it back and with in a week and only a few hours at the actual dealership, I had my truck! BEST EXPERIENCE TO DATE ON BUYING A VEHICLE! More

Eddie Jeppson isn't called "Fast Eddie" for no reason, but not the good kind! He won't hesitate to pull a fast one on you, but at least he was honest in that it was all in the name of him meet no reason, but not the good kind! After playing games with us at the dealership for 3 hours on a weeknight with our kids there and a baby on the way, my husband and I were still not satisfied with the price we were quoted and left without renewing our lease. At 7:15 the next Saturday night, which was also the end of the month, Eddie called us and told us that he had gotten the price we wanted approved and asked us to come into the dealership to sign with no games, no wait. The only honest statement from Eddie that night was "I need to make quota". Indeed, I signed all of the paperwork at the cost that Eddie had provided over the phone, however it took an additional 2 hours to do so and there were plenty of games to come. I received a call from Ken Garff Honda on Monday, stating that Eddie had not only lied to me about the terms of the lease, but to his Finance Manager as well! The terms of the lease that we not only agreed to, but signed for, were absolutely impossible and Eddie was aware of this prior to even calling us. Ken Garff Honda offered us a new deal that was so terrible that even the leasing agent I was speaking with advised us not to take it. Eddie had the audacity to try to blame the situation on Honda, but his manager already confirmed that he had told Eddie directly that it was an impossible term and not to do it, which he ignored and lied about to all parties involved. We have had a great previous experience with Ken Garff, but we are so apalled by the type of employee that Eddie turned out to be that we will no longer do business with Ken Garff as a whole. We will not contribute to a company that supports dishonest employees. More

I bought my first car from Eddie in 2011, he was amazing I liked the fact that he was very interested in what i needed and what I could afford. Recently I bought my second car from Eddie and I couldn't be happier that I've found the most awesome dealership guy ever. I thought about looking at a car that I thought would be a fabulous car, Eddie told me he wouldn't feel right selling me a car that had some problems. That was amazing! Most car dealers just try to get the sale they don't have the care and compassion that Eddie does! I have and will continue to refer anyone and everyone to Eddie! More

Eddie was very "fast" indeed. He helped me find the perfect car just for me. At first I thought the perfect car was a car that I ended up returning and when I returned it, Eddie had 5 or 6 mor find the perfect car just for me. At first I thought the perfect car was a car that I ended up returning and when I returned it, Eddie had 5 or 6 more cars lined up for me to look at. I found my perfect car at a great price because Eddie never gave up on me. I am very appreciative of his help without it I would not have such a wonderful car that I absolutely love!
