Wow, I am very surprised to receive a survey like this for Eddie Jeppson as he receives more positive surveys than almost anyone else on our team. If you look at his reviews you will find that almost 100% of the comments are positive and there are a lot of reviews that mention Eddie specifically. As for Eddie’s nickname of “Fast Eddie” it was given to him for exactly the opposite reasons you are speaking of. He is actually one of the slower sales people when it comes to working with customers because he wants to be their friend and make sure they get the best deal possible. The last thing he would ever do is knowingly be dishonest. Eddie is on a much deserved vacation right now so I have not been able to speak with him about this particular transaction but I can only surmise that if you were given inaccurate information it was not intentional but rather a misunderstanding of the terms on his part. I am anxious to sit down with Eddie when he returns and gather more information as to what happened and do everything we can to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Lastly, I will assure you that the Ken Garff Automotive Group does not train their people to be dishonest and although we do make mistakes at times we certainly always try to make things right with our customers.
