Customer treatment The technicians are very experienced and knowledgeable, however the point of an appointment in any service is to start receiving care immediately. Dro The technicians are very experienced and knowledgeable, however the point of an appointment in any service is to start receiving care immediately. Dropped off my car at 9am, when I called to check at 1 PM they were just starting. When I complained that why have my vehicle for 4 hrs that they didnt need it, they then changed and said they started at noon. I needed my car back by 3pm which I had them put in the notes, so they now suddenly didnt have enough time to diagnose and fix the problem. Whe. I offered to leave my car the rest of the day I got told the tech leaves at 4pm so I'll have to bring it back another day and that they would have to start the process over and that it may not get fixed then either. They claim understanding yet still no compassion of even a rental car because its warranties not safety related. The advisor started out with attitude that is was my problem not theirs. Things happen, just approach the situation with some compassion. More
